We are a small local family owned roofing & restoration business in Baton Rouge, LA.
We are a professional company and our goal is to to provide customers with professional quality roofing and renovation work.
Training will be provided.
We are wanting people who are willing to go out and represent our company honestly and with knowledge to go knocking door to door in neighborhoods to help them get the roof they need/deserve as well with any home improvements they may need.
And guess what!? You will not be selling roofs, yet selling our company to homeowners to use us in their insurance process.

Duties:
- Greet customers kindly when knocking on their door and provide excellent customer service, assist in filing insurance claim with customer to their insurance company, and getting contracts signed.
- Assist customers in choosing shingles, material they'd prefer for their home
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve objective
Experience:
- Previous experience in roof selling is preferred
- Familiarity with roof, interior/exterior, some math, including calculating percentages and sales totals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work alone as well with others
- Excellent problem-solving skills
