NCCCO Certified Crane Operator

_*This is a permanent position in the Baton Rouge, LA area.
(just for local people)*_ *Duties:* * Operate a crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment * Safely operate various types of cranes, such as Lattice boom crawler , Telescopic boom swing boom crane and Telescopic boom fixed cab crane.
* Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the crane * Inspect and maintain the crane to ensure it is in proper working condition * Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles using the crane * Move materials within a warehouse or construction site using the crane *Requirements:* * Valid certification or license to operate a crane( NCCO or NCCER) * At least 2 years of experience operating a variety of cranes.
* Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for crane operation * Ability to read and interpret blueprints or diagrams to determine proper lifting techniques * Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with other team members * Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions * Attention to detail to ensure accurate positioning of materials with the crane _*Note: You must be able to pass a drug test, pre-employment physical and criminal background check.
