Clean, responsible Looking to rent a room (Baton Rouge area)

Hi! I am a clean, responsible, hardworking person looking for a room to rent in the area.
I own my home out of town and it is currently being rented out.
I have a car and a job I am in this area for work and family circumstances at the time and will be here for atleast another 6 months to a year.
I am currently renting a room but the situation is not ideal for me so I am just trying to see what else is available.
I am middle aged, good hygiene, and manners.
I know how to pickup and clean up behind myself and I do.
I do not have any pets or other people with me.
I am not looking for a free ride and do not have any drama in my life.
I have no habits such as smoking, drinking and i do not use ANY drugs ( i am randomly tested for work anyway ) I will gladly pay my share.
