Student Success Coach

Southeastern Louisiana University's School of Nursing invites applications for the position of Student Success Coach.
This is a full time, unclassified, 12-month position.
The role of the Student Success Coach will be recruitment of newly graduated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) wishing to advance their education and who reside in one of the ten rural Delta Regional Authority parishes.
The Student Success Coach will develop individualized student plans, conduct monthly advising sessions with students, and refer students to resources as needed.
This position reports to the Project Director/Department Head of the School of Nursing.
