Pre School Floater

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool students - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young learners - Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive classroom behavior - Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student progress and address any concerns - Assess student learning and provide feedback to parents/guardians on their child's development - Incorporate literacy education into daily activities and lessons - Utilize early intervention strategies to support students with special needs or learning difficulties Experience: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged students in an educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices - Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development for young learners - Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues - Understanding of behavior management techniques appropriate for preschool-aged children - Experience in providing care for toddlers is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
