Instructor Process Technology Operations

``` Trainer Job Description Duties: - Deliver training curriculum to students, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job effectively - Teach the inner workings of both mechanical and industrial equipment used in the manufacturing process - Conduct training with materials, presentations, manuals, and lab settings - Deliver training sessions in-person using established instructional techniques - Facilitate the learning of the design and use of software based systems to control manufacturing processes - Provide ongoing support to reinforce learning and development - Demonstrate a working knowledge of basic instrument manufacturing principles and their in workings as used in the industrial process environment - Participate with In-Service training and development as requested Qualifications: - Formal training in Process Operations or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum 48 months experience as a Process Operator or similar role - Strong knowledge of process operations troubleshooting, including experience with - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
