The ILLA is seeking passionate, dedicated, enthusiastic, and transparent part-time or full-time early childcare teachers.

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join our team.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, fostering their love for learning and guiding them in their early educational journey.
Responsibilities: - Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, ensuring each student's individual needs and learning styles are considered.
- Foster a love for learning by incorporating interactive and hands-on activities into daily lessons.
- Provide a nurturing and caring atmosphere, establishing positive relationships with students and their families.
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective strategies to support their development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience for all students.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress, behavior, and accomplishments.
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and training sessions.
Preferred: - A minimum of 6 months of experience in early childhood education or a related field IS A PLUS.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant certification (e.
g.
, CDA, Montessori, etc.
) is preferred but not required.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with current teaching methodologies and resources.
- Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting (excluding criminal background inquiries in compliance with regulations).
