*Delivery Driver Job Information:*
* We operate 7 days per week.
Full-time – 5-6 days scheduled per week, depending on driver availability.
* This is a *physical job *and requires that the driver gets in and out of the truck.
*Requirements of Delivery Driver: *All applicants MUST meet ALL of the following criteria *(NO EXCEPTIONS):*
* 1 year of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 3 years *OR *5 years of verifiable job-related driving experience in the last 5 years.
Driving experience must be verifiable.
*MILITARY DRIVING, TAXI, UBER, PIZZA DELIVERY, LANDSCAPE DRIVER IS ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE*
* Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
* Must be able to pass a background check
* Clean Motor Vehicle Record
* Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
* Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs
* Have dependable transportation
* The ability to locate suburban addresses using GPS and/or maps is a must and a good general knowledge of our service area which includes the Baton Rouge, LA area.
* _Previous experience at Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or DHL is a plus_
*Responsibilities of Delivery Driver:*
* Arrive at the FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
* Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
* Delivering packages to the destination using a GPS system
* Scanning and Logging Packages
*SAFETY, INTEGRITY, SERVICE, and ATTENDANCE are top priorities!*
