State Farm Agency, located in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual (Vietnamese/English) Personal Lines Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member.
This is a "Career Path" position for that special someone with a stable prior work history (or equivalent).
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN YOUR LOUISIANA PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE WITHIN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS OF YOUR ON THE JOB TRAINING.
Once licensed is obtain you are eligible for commissions in addition to salary.
In this role you will provide exceptional customer service by phone and in person for a well established agency.
Duties will include Personal Lines Customer Service by phone and in person at a well established agency.
On the job training and licensing preparation is provided.

Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Bilingual Vietnamese/English (do not have to be completely fluent but must be able to communicate/understand both Vietnamese and English)
