We are looking for a customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at the Crowne Plaza Baton Rouge.
The Reservations Agent will provide excellent customer service while facilitating reservations for our guests.
This position is primarily performed at a desk in an office setting, call center experience is applicable.
Excellent diction and English skills are required.
This is a part-time position.
16 hours a week as a Reservationist.
Compensation:
$14 hourly
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update reservation records, guest database, and other data as required
Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information regarding hotel services, rates, and availability
Provide customers with the highest quality of service and address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in an efficient and friendly manner
Qualifications:
Must have current US work authorization
Must possess excellent customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills
Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
Must be able to work independently
Must have experience with computers and be proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software
