Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Run a teller drawer Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
-Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our data entry system
- Provide product information and assist with customer inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous financial institution experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
