*POSITION SUMMARY*
This position is responsible for operating the hotel's front desk systems, reservations, checkins/outs in accordance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, safety & security.
*ESSENTIAL DAILY JOB FUNCTIONS*
* Process guest registration, including computation & collection of payment
* Complete shift reports & process all financial transactions, including the verification & processing of credit card transactions in accordance with company policies & procedures
* Maintain room safety inventory and receive and transfer telephone calls
* Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, reservations, attractions, directions, etc
* Conduct night audit as assigned
* Comply to reservation procedures to see if show or no show
* Clean and dust lobby and all public areas and use wet floor signs in hallways if necessary
* Check to see if suite shop is fully stocked and complies with brand standards
* Assist with breakfast when needed.

* Respond to guest needs, special request, & complaints as needed
* Process guest invocations of 100% satisfaction guarantee
* Smile, acknowledge, & greet guests at front desk & other public areas
This position will require two overnight shifts (11pm-7am)
