As an RPM Customer Service Rep (CSR), you are essential to Creating Smiles by Making Lives Easier.
Our CSRs care for our Customers and each other, strive for excellence, have a positive attitude, and have integrity in everything that they do.
RPM CSRs are the first contact with most of our customers.
Enthusiastic customer communication, positive personality, and punctuality are essential to being a successful CSR.
Additionally, the ability to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and RPM’s Perfect Image standards is required – you are the face of the brand! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy being a part of a winning Team.

Your responsibility & Duties (included but, not limited to) by percentage of importance Providing exceptional customer service every order, every time Greeting Customers within 9 seconds of entering the store Answering phones Boxing and Labeling Running pizzas to customers/drivers Assisting Customers in the driver thru Taking customer’s orders using our user-friendly point of sale system Upselling Expediting customer’s orders for a fast and friendly customer experience Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
