Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area - Verify customer information.
- Maintain customer records and update employee information in the system - Assist with billing and insurance claims processing - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence - Manage office cleanliness Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Proficiency in using email softwares - Knowledge of management - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment Please note that this job description is incomplete, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
