Leasing Consultant Position Available

1st Lake Properties is adding a part-time Leasing Consultant to work with our team of Property Management professionals at our 200-unit, market rate apartment community located at 15580 George O'Neal Road in Baton Rouge, LA: Spring Brook apartments.
As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant, you will: *Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner *Provide information about the property and available units to potential residents *Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to prospective residents *Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding leasing and rental information *Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage follow-ups *Prepare leases and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately *Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining resident files *Coordinate with property maintenance team to address any maintenance or repair issues reported by residents The qualified candidate will have: *Previous experience in leasing or sales roles *Strong communication skills, both verbal and written *Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills *Proficiency with administrative tasks such as data entry and file management *Familiarity with leasing contracts and property management processes is a plus Be the ONE and contact us today!
